The Airport of Maramure Mare

Baia Mare Airport is an independent small airport located near Tăuăiu-Măgheraturu, 9 km from Baia Mare city and in the old district of Maramorș. It is the only airport with an open runway located on the western bank of the river Baia. The terminal building and other buildings are surrounded by a fence and are surrounded by an elaborate landscaped garden with many beautiful trees.
